My name is Paul Clements and I won the individual and team gold medals in the IX Nat West Island Games Triathlon, held on 8th July 2001.

Prior to the games I was suffering with a tight chest and feeling generally fatigued. Having previously consulted The Institute of Phytobiophysics, I made an appointment with Diana Mossop. Having spent a short time with Diana, she discovered I was suffering from a small blockage in my left lung and was a bit run down. Diana recommended I take four flower formulas for my condition which I did for a period of 2 weeks leading up to the games.

As the Games approached, I began to feel stronger and my breathing was the best I can ever remember. I have suffered from Sport Induced Asthma for the last 6 years and the symptoms of this almost went completely away.

On race day I didn't have any breathing problems and had the race of my life to win the Triathlon, which consists of a 1,500 metre swim - 40 Km bike ride - 10Km run, from 64 other competitors by a full 1 minute. If it were not for the careful diagnosis from Diana Mossop and the flower formulas that she recommended from The Institute of Phytobiophysics, I could well have come back from the games without a medal.

Thank you Diana and The Institute of Phytobiophysics.
